Admission procedures:
- Parents seeking to enroll children at Mount Hope Lutheran School must register their child by completing the necessary paperwork. This includes an authorization of release of educational and health records for each student. Parents and student must also meet with the headmaster before admission is granted.
- Mount Hope Lutheran School offers a classical, Christian curriculum. We welcome children from all backgrounds who might benefit from this school; however, we are not staffed to serve children with unusual behavioral problems or severe learning disabilities.
- Parents of all students must read the Parent Manual and return a signed copy of the Mount Hope Lutheran School Parent Agreement Form. All new students are subject to a one quarter probation period. Academic and behavioral objectives must be met for enrollment to continue. Failure to meet these standards will result in dismissal.
- Mount Hope Lutheran School reserves the right to place students in the appropriate instructional level as determined by standardized tests, previous records, and any additional placement tests of ability and achievement, not solely upon the age of the student.
- Enrollment is not limited to Lutherans, but matters of faith will be taught exclusively in accord with the Scriptures and the Book of Concord while respecting the denominational preferences of non-Lutherans. Due to limited class size, members of Mount Hope and Trinity Lutheran Churches receive first priority for registration until the date announced. After this time, enrollment is open to the general public on a first-come-first-registered basis.

Health Regulations & Medications
The State of Wyoming Health form is to be filled out, on or before the day your child starts school. A child must be properly immunized in order to be enrolled. If you do not have a record of your child's immunizations, you will be given a two-week grace period. After this time, your child will be asked to leave school until it is received.
Daily medications will not be administered unless accompanied by a written request from a physician and signed by a parent. Medications must be in the original containers. Normal first aid procedure will be followed for bumps, bruises, and scrapes. Our staff is trained in first aid and CPR.
In order to promote wellness in our classrooms,
please keep your child home if he has been vomiting during the night, is running a fever, or has severe coughing.
